Customer Care Representative

The Customer Care Representative collects payment for the repairs from customers, explains all repair order charges and maintains proper filing system for service repair orders. The CCR maintains constant customer contact and retention as well the Service Appointment Coordination. They coordinate and work effectively with other employees to resolve problems with warranty, internal or customer pay repair orders to ensure customer satisfaction.

The CCR workload can vary depending on the department load from each day. Regular responsibilities are listed below and include any other duties as assigned.

  • Professional handling of all incoming and outgoing
  • Appointment Scheduling and Service
  • Cashiering
  • Sanitizing cash office and waiting
  • Tracking Service appointments and checking for outstanding
  • Scanning of documents as
  • Uses computer and other record keeping systems to manage
  • Maintains an organized and professional

In Addition:

  • Greet all customers promptly, provides timely professional
  • Prepares the repair order for customer pick up by closing out the repair lines as
  • Maintains accuracy in close out to ensure the customer is billed the correct
  • Provides an explanation of the work done to the customer at the time of pick
  • Aid the customer with shuttle service or alternate transportation as

Minimum Qualifications

  • Grade 12
  • 1 year of Customer Service
  • Must have pleasant and engaging
  • Must be able to work with the public providing customer service in an environment that may have background noise and distractions.
  • Organized and able to handle multiple
  • Able to answer multi-line phone system, with multiple
  • Computer skills, Experience with CDK/ADP
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, fluent in written and spoken 2nd language is an asset.
  • Ability to problem solve and use decision making
