The Tsuut’ina Recreation Department and the Nast’ogha Basketball Program invite you to join us this weekend for the 3rd Annual Battle of the Tribes Basketball Tournament and witness some of the best Indigenous youth basketball talent from across Treaty 7.
A total of 29 youth teams from First Nations communities throughout Treaty 7 will compete in 61 games over three action-packed days, all battling for championship titles and the opportunity to claim the coveted Top Nation title.
This tournament is about more than winning games; it’s about representing your community, building connections, and celebrating the strength, pride, and future of our youth through sport.
Come out and support these incredible young athletes as they showcase their hard work, determination, sportsmanship, and community pride on the court. From the opening tip-off to the championship games, teams will be competing not only for banners, rings, and medals, but for the honour of being crowned the Top Nation of the Battle of the Tribes.
