Coming Into Force Notice: Tsuut’ina Nation Legislative Process Act

Please be advised that the Tsuut’ina Nation Legislative Process Act was ratified on 23 October 2026 and has officially come into force within the jurisdiction of Tsuut’ina Nation.

The Act is now available on the Tsuut’ina Nation website, within the “Tsuut’ina Legislation” tab.  Copies may also be requested through the Legislative Procedures Technical Services (LPTS) Department.
An information sheet and presentation are currently being developed by the LPTS Facilitation Team and will provide an overview of the amendments and next steps for current legislation.
