SCOPES OF WORK
1 – Buffalo Run – Pond B and Buffalo Run Close Boulevard Landscaping
-Fine grade of pond topsoil and install seed and plantings and pond maintenance
-Sub grade prep and topsoil placement within the Buffalo Run Close blvds
-Supply and install related soft scape planting such as various species of trees, shrubs, grasses, seeding and boulders within the Buffalo Run Close blvds
-Buffalo Run Close landscaping maintenance for the soft scape planting and as described in the specifications
-Other Miscellaneous items that may be described in the drawings and specifications
Pond B and Buffalo Run Close Boulevard Landscaping – General Location of work
2 – Buffalo Run – Ph2 Maazina Road Boulevard Landscaping
-Sub grade prep and topsoil placement within the Maazina Road blvds
-Supply and install related soft scape planting such as various species of trees, shrubs, grasses, sodding and boulders within the Maazina Road blvds
-Supply and install related to hard scaping and site furniture such as concrete pavers, benches, receptacles
-Maazina Road landscaping maintenance for the soft scape planting and as described in the specifications
-Other Miscellaneous items that may be described in the drawings and specifications
