TENDER TIMELINES

Tender release – Aug 11-2026

Questions Deadline – Aug 18-2026 (answers provided to all bidders a couple days after)

Tender Closing – Aug 25-2026 @ 3PM Calgary Time

CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE

Proposed Construction Start – Sept 21-2026

Substantial Construction Completion – Oct 15-2026

Full Construction Completion – May 30-2027

SCOPES OF WORK

Taza Park – Ph5A Surface Roadworks (Dene Way)

-Sub grade prep and berm work for concrete

-Supply and install concrete curbs, concrete sidewalks (after shallows), wheelchair ramp with tactile plates

-Sub grade prep, road coring, undercuts (if required), appurtenance adjustments

-Supply and install granular sub-base and base for the road, for a temp turnaround

-Supply and install prime coat and asphalt paving

-Supply and install ducts to be used for shallow utility crossings

-Other Miscellaneous items that may be described in the drawings and specifications
