Diyí dzínisà gújá nágúdīgòy (Good morning),
Please see the attached poster and message about the Tosguna Summer Camp:
Looking for something fun, active, and meaningful this summer?
Join the Tsuut’ina Nation Police Service for the Tosguna Summer Camp, a four-day experience for youth ages 10 to 17 that combines hands-on activities, leadership, and learning alongside our officers and community partners.
August 10 to 13, each day from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Lunch and snacks are provided.
Throughout the week, campers will:
– Take part in the Gloves Not Guns program with Pivot Society, exploring identity, confidence, and making positive choices.
– Participate in engaging activities with CCASA to learn about healthy relationships, respect, consent, and building safe connections.
– Test their skills with the Canadian Criminal Justice Academy by trying a youth-friendly version of the Police A-PREP, the physical readiness assessment completed by aspiring police officers.
More activities and community partners will be announced in the coming weeks!
Our goal is to build positive relationships with youth while providing knowledge, life skills, and experiences that help them make healthy, safe choices for the future.
Spots are limited! To register, contact kelly.mcnab@tsuutinapolice.com or call 587-583-5597 with the youth’s name and contact information.
We can’t wait to see you this summer!
