Traffic Light Outage Notification: Buffalo Run

Please see the attached outage notice and map, and information below from ENMAX.

ENMAX Power will be installing new electrical infrastructure in the Buffalo Run area within Tsuut’ina Nation. To safely complete this work, power supply to the traffic lights and nearby streetlights will be impacted, and there will be an outage on Tuesday, June 30, 2026. This work and associated planned outage are being completed in support of the request from Taza Development Corp. Please note: the Tsuut’ina Nation Police Service will be managing traffic control in the impacted intersection.

ENMAX Power remains committed to transparent and respectful engagement, and we want to ensure the community is informed of this work. Providing advance notice will help ensure awareness and allow residents to plan accordingly.
