We’ll begin the week by distributing 1,000 sweaters to honour and raise awareness for Missing, Murdered, and Exploited Indigenous Peoples. Let’s wear them proudly and stand in solidarity.

Join us for a Community Mental Health Presentation featuring guest speakers who will bravely share their journeys navigating mental health challenges.
May 7th – Grey Eagle Hotel
Take part in our Understanding Mental Health and Addictions Workshop, designed to offer insight, education, and tools for supporting ourselves and others. Limited to 50 participants, so register early!
May 8th – Grey Eagle Hotel
We will close the week with a Trauma and Grief Workshop, which will support healing through shared knowledge and guided discussions. The workshop is also limited to 50 participants.
For more information or to register, contact the Wellness Team at 825-733-7185.
Let’s unite to unmask the truth, embrace healing, and support one another.
