NOTICE – Public Works Rural Infrastructure Office Closure

Please be advised that the Tsuut’ina Public Works Rural Infrastructure Department will be out of the office on Thursday, April 23, 2026, due to scheduled field work training.

We appreciate your patience during this time. In the event of an emergency, please continue to call the Public Works office during normal business hours. Work order requests will still be processed and sent out accordingly.

Important Service Notes:

• Septic Emergencies:
  If you are experiencing a septic emergency, please refrain from using water until a staff member arrives to inspect the issue.
• Septic Alarm:
  If your septic alarm is going off, please limit water usage. Avoid using dishwashers and washing machines, and keep shower use brief.
• No Water / Cistern Issues:
  If you have no water or require a cistern refill, please call the office to be scheduled for a water delivery.
• After-Hours Emergencies:
  For urgent issues outside of regular hours, please call the on-call phone line for assistance.
