Join us on March 7 & 8, 2026, at the Grey Eagle Resort & Casino from 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM for a powerful and uplifting Women’s Empowerment Gathering!
Tsuut’ina Health & Wellness Services invites you to gather in a space grounded in healing, culture, strength, and connection. Together, we will honour our stories, celebrate our resilience, and uplift one another in a supportive and empowering environment.
Throughout the two days, participants will engage in meaningful presentations and interactive sessions focused on:

  •  The Indian Act & the Status of Women
  •  Grief & Healing
  •  Trauma & Emotional Wellness
  •  Fitness & Nutrition
  •  Cultural Wellness Activities
We’ll wrap up with a fun and exciting round of BINGO! Come ready to connect, laugh, and enjoy some great prizes.
This gathering is an opportunity to build community, share experiences, and leave feeling inspired, supported, and empowered.
