For our Tsuut’ina Youth Yoga participants, you’re invited to join us this week from 4:00–6:30 PM for a special snapshot + power-play session during the Grand Industry Opening of the 3-D Interactive Art Museum. It will be a fun community moment to connect, celebrate, and explore together — and yes, we’ll be striking some yoga poses with the 3D art!
If you’d still like to practice yoga this week, I’m also teaching Sunday classes at 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM at my downtown studio.
